About Us Balloontastic was created in February 1997 by Richard Adams and Paul Daniels. Over the years we have been on numerous courses to ensure that we are completely up-to-date with all new materials and to bring fresh ideas into the business. Richard gained the qualification of CBA (Certified Balloon Artist) in July 2000. This qualification has given Balloontastic the vital ingredient to supply the best possible balloon decorating service for all of our clients. We have a solid knowledge of local venues which enables us to offer sound advice to clients when choosing decorations.
